Separation Technology

Light Fraction

Lightweight and flat materials like paper, plastics, films and textiles are transported forward by rotary movement.

Heavy Fraction

Heavy and round items like bottles, cans, wood and metals are discharged backwards by screen angle.

Screen Fraction

Perforated screen deck generates screened fraction simultaneously during separation process.

Separation Guarantee

Light fractions contain no more than 8% heavy particles by mass

Heavy fractions contain no more than 8% light particles by mass

(except containers such as foamed plastics and cans)
